      Pros

      The software developers in the company are good.

      Cons

      The management in the company is unprofessional mainly because of inexperienced top managers. It has been a startup for years and I don't see any future of this company. There are many other companies are providing same service and products as those provided by this company, but it's not doing better than others.

      Flexible hours. Great colleagues. Managers that care about your personal growth and well being. Has a growing remote culture.

      Cons

      Being a remote employee can be hard at times but the company is actively working on better strategies to make it easier on remote employees.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at SweetIQ. They were very flexible regarding WFH versus at the office, I felt supported in many ways and my colleagues were really great.

      Cons

      Salary was not very appealing or competitive.
