Outstanding patient care delivered with high standards, hard work ethic with employee recognition for contributions, team efforts with transparent communication among employees, pro-active approach to steer the course, focus on ethical practices, positive morale and fun atmosphere yet highly professional.

Cons

There are many components to delivering outstanding patient care and providing excellent client services - it's not always possible to attend to all of the moving parts, and personnel required to make it all happen - at once, but in the big picture all factors are taken into account in a thoughtful and systematic manner
