- very little training ( 2nd week of training is working live with customers) - no organization - asks employees to share opinions, ideas, concerns but never takes anything into consideration or escalates it - forces English only speaking employees to do foreign language support - forces employees hired specifically for foreign languages to do English support -- basically responsibilities are all over the place - refuses to adapt to changing work environment, different cultures - no chance for promotion or career opportunities -very low wages
