You can get experience to get a better job somewhere else. Flexible shifts, ability to learn many roles. The engagement management team really tries to help.
Cons
The servant management model is something that is talked about, but it is not truly followed. Upper Management is out of touch with the day to day business and believes the reports are the only ways to fix problems. This causes everyone from the engagement management team down to have low morale.
