Really good, in theory - Server/Server Assistant Split-Rail Employee Review

This may be the most mis-managed establishment I've ever seen. The owner is well-intentioned but knows very little about FOH needs and is so disconnected from employees that improvements are virtually impossible. When staff organize to bring concerns to the owner, they're heard, dismissed without improvement, and in some cases, not even given a meeting. The owner seemingly refuses to hire additional FOH staff, despite the fact that those still employed are overworked and underpaid. Additionally, the manager has a lot to learn about restaurant work so don't expect any help there.
