Pros

There are none. ( I am not a disgruntled employee - I got fooled into joining them and this is my honest headsup to the DMV community.) This is not a place for anyone to work in.

Cons

These guys are so unethical that they "Actually" Lie to you to get you to join their company. Once you join they don't care. You have already left your previous employer - what can you do now ... but work there and look for a new job. Starting from the recruiter who will call you, "SHE" will be so nice - she will say "YES" to everything you ask for. They will make you do a really silly Personality assessment and not care about your experience but that assessment. Based on that the president will "Label" you forever. The "President" is very unethical and a bad leader. She drives to put a Gap between upper management and staff. There is no work life balance. There is no remote work ... Micromanage Hell. These guys don't even issue you laptops until you have worked there for months. (Ask this in an interview if you don't believe me) Come on guys its 2019 !! No team building You never get to know/meet other in the office. They have had such a revolving door that they are hurting financially.

Pros

A great company with a great reputation. Good client list. Those who were at Sparks before 2023 are the ones to know.

Cons

Getting bought by Freeman was the worst thing that could have happened to this agency. Strong leaders are neutered (if they even stick around). We haven't had a CEO in months. The new leaders are the dusty old ineffective ones from the dissolved Freeman agency. They bring in their old methods and then wonder why things stop working correctly. It's a shame. Now it's like working at an old hotel and everyone wonders why no one visits anymore.
