Pros

Initial starting benefits and pay while on board may be a bit above the industry average. But they have to do that to attract naive people who were not lucky enough to be warned about this place. Ask around with recruiters who are NOT trying to place you here and see what they have to say. They all know what kind of a revolving door this place it.

Cons

Hiring people with the promise of long-term, full-time employment only to fire them as soon as your pipeline of work dries up, which happens after clients realize how disconnected management is from the needs of the customer. If you are considering working here be sure that you have a plan for what you will be doing in a few months when you are laid off.

Pros

The people who work in the lower paid positions are incredible. They work together and genuinely care about the company and the clients. Despite poor treatment and low pay, they continue to do the work that keeps the company going.

Cons

The company engages in deceptive practices by reporting false information to clients and billing them for services that were not rendered. The company recently released several employees who were "of color" and replaced them with white males who lack the skills needed for the jobs they were hired for. I am personally aware of specific situations where employees were blatantly harrassed and forced to work in hostile situations. The HR department is useless and exists in name only. They pretend to care and always have a plan to address concerns that somehow never get addressed. Those interested in making improvements are overworked...and then terminated if they get too vocal about their frustrations. Rates of pay are severely unbalanced and attempts to discuss the needed balancing out are ignored and brushed to the side with lies about upcoming raises that never happen. The company treats those who work the hardest like slaves and pushes blame wherever they can without looking in the mirror. They ruin good employees.
