Growth is only monetary for recruiter. No outing, no party, no events, No team building activity, No training for career growth. Salary offer is very low as per industry standard. The HR manager often fails to arrive on time and is highly unprofessional, regularly use of foul language, which creates a toxic environment and employee prefer to talk directly with management to get the issue solved.
