Great sense of community, beautiful hotel & location, busy, great pay, attracts awesome people, a great place to work seasonally as a server or bartender in F&B It could be a great place to work if you're willing to create SOP's for your department along with many other essential guidelines they don't seem to have. Lot of opportunities to build something from the ground up & take on projects

Lots of potential but the worst place I’ve ever worked.

Leadership is awful. Turnover is insane. There is no care taken to train or support the staff that are there. No one feels valued monetarily or otherwise. If u make tips, expect to be treated as completely replaceable. Everyone there is wildly unhappy working there. They did away with managers and are making our supervisors be managers without paying them to be managers while giving them no support. No floor managers at all in upscale restaurant to help. The supervisors try to train us but there really is no one helping them with anything. They try to cut pay to increase profit. Stay away literally work anywhere else.
