Pros
- People who are working there since long time ago are very nice and help you always - It's cool to say that you're working on protect copyrights - Multicultural enviroment
Cons
- There's no internal promotion. You'll be frustated the whole time - The salaries are too low, except if you're a "VIP" person. 20k euros/year (regular worker) vs 120k euros/year (aministrative board) - The most valuable and hard workers are being fired or are leaving the company - Regular workers work 10h-11h per day from Monday-Friday. Sometimes on the weekend too - For the CEO is more important the family you come from (money, money, money) or your studies in private university or being the friend of someone rich - The CEO (J. Perea) has no idea how the product works and he insists on managing departments he knows nothing about which destroys once and again - The Chief of Sales (Mariano) is lazy and doesn't work ever but it looks like he does and sometimes uses racists words at work (also when there are a lot of people from another countries) - The CHRO (Iria) is there just as an accessory. It's so sad because she's good people but she's coward and incompetent - They sell smoke and mirrors. I feel sorry for the clients - The budget is always for marketing and sales - "Stressed" is your regular mood, specially if you're in a technical team - Founders are so done with the company - Investors has no idea that they are paying for nothing - They like to boast about their HQ technology but the truth is that all the work is made manually by very underpaid people - The goal is to sell the company to the highest bidder in a couple of years
