Pros

Some people on the team were sincerely warm and asked how I was.

Cons

It’s difficult to know where to start. The onboarding process is rushed, with no proper training or support—you’re immediately thrown in the deep end and expected to perform as if you’ve been with the company for a decade. The image presented on their social media is completely misleading; behind the scenes, discrimination is widespread. The COO is sexist, favoring specific genders for specific roles despite lacking any meaningful expertise in recruitment. Having worked in larger organizations (1,000–5,000 employees), it’s clear that the so-called “senior” managers here lack both the knowledge and experience their titles suggest. Promotions are based on favoritism rather than merit, and micromanagement is rampant, showing a clear lack of trust in employees. The COO’s stress and poor leadership directly affect how staff are treated—often unfairly and disrespectfully. Employees are not encouraged to speak up, and when they do, their opinions are dismissed or shut down.
