      Pros

      Simplus is a very compassionate company to its people. They allow people to grow and be the best that they can be by offering them a lot of opportunities within the company. The company is growing fast and I can see that there's more good things to come out of it.

      Cons

      Work-life balance should be exercised intensively.

      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
