The technology and product are incredible, and it's built by one of the best small company engineering teams I've worked with. It also addresses a very large market opportunity with very limited competition. The sales team is in revenue growth mode after shifting to a true enterprise sale that is winning competitive deals on a regular basis. There is real investment being put in place for marketing and customer support so I am really confident in the company's path

There is a ton of work to do that all needs to be done quickly in order the company to take advantage of the opportunity, which means a lot of change and lot of hours - but it will be worth it
