Pros

You get paid well and have no social life to speak of unless it's with your work colleagues...in the office.....at night.

Cons

One Director is money hungry, megalomaniac, with noones interests but his own at heart. He commands respect using fear. Awful way to manage people.. The other just repeats what he says and any original opinions are quickly forgotten when he's told what to think. It's like dealing with an evil villain and his wind up robot butler. The whole culture leaves you with little time or energy outside of the office and no time for your family. The training (although advertised as great) is you sat with an arrogant consultant who points and says go and then publicly embarrasses you by loudly making you feel stupid if you make a simple mistake in your first week. This is whilst you're doing their work for them and they buy shoes or look at the latest car lease deals. Don't be fooled by the good reviews on here either...it's no surprise they are all written within a week or 2 of each other. Some long standing employees have been honest online and then they've forced everyone that works for them to write a good review, so it doesnt seem that bad. I started at the same time as a few others and they were all gone within a few weeks. I was told recruitment could be a great career choice and since leaving this hell hole I've found out that it's known in the industry to be one of the worst places you can work. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Pros

I enjoyed working at Senitor for the most part. People are nice and they take on people who have no experience in recruitment. Good commission structure and a genuine opportunity to make good money. If you want to get into recruitment it’s a good place to do it.

Cons

The directors have been out of the game for too long, they’re old fashioned and not ready to make the changes to keep up with the rest of the industry. By thinking you just “need a yellow pages and a phone” they are shooting themselves in the foot and can’t compete with better agencies out there. Genuinely enjoyed working there but I’d recommend starting at Senitor and going somewhere better once you’ve had decent billings and made some good money. Zero work from home and no trust of employees, fine if you’ve just started but after a few years gets pretty tiresome.
