Cons

Leadership at SparkNav feels emotionally reactive and inconsistent. Senior management often communicates dissatisfaction indirectly, creating tension and uncertainty within the team. Rather than addressing issues constructively, concerns are sometimes expressed in subtle but noticeable ways that affect morale. Compensation is another major issue. Employees are frequently underpaid relative to their responsibilities and market standards, and there is little transparency or willingness to adjust pay to reflect actual contributions. Overall, the environment can feel draining, with emotional management and cost-cutting taking priority over employee growth, fair compensation, and clear communication.

Pros

In a lot of other IT companies, working somewhere and providing services is nothing more than a job to pay the bills. At SeedSpark, everyone on the team genuinely wants to find the "why" behind every action and find the best solution for each situation with every single client. It's great to be a part of a team that takes seriously the idea of providing value to the people and businesses that trust our team to find the right solution for them. From a culture standpoint, the team is focused but laid back. Lunches in the break room are always a relaxing break during the day, occasionally with playing some games on the Switch or throwing a round of darts. Company events are always a blast regardless of where they are - hands down, this is the best place I've worked!

Cons

There aren't many cons that come to mind when it comes to SeedSpark. Communication can often be finicky from time to time between team members and management, but being vocal about your needs and contacting people directly via Teams can take care of much of the confusion.

Pros

There are absolutely NONE to be pointed out.

Cons

Management will say one thing and do another. There is absolutely directive from management from day 1. You are "thrown to the wolves" on day 1 and then blamed when you don't know what you are doing. The billing requirements are ridiculous. It is non-stop and will wear you down FAST. And to top it off, there is a weekly 'All Hands' meeting every week with all sorts of corporate fads, pointless talking points and idolizing Disney - one of the worst companies to pattern your business after.
