Some colleagues has diva DNA in themselves. No teamwork. Always take things personally. Drama. Superior try to be natural but nahhh meh it's seems like still bias. Bos act NATO. No action talk only. Don't want to change. Like boomers style, don't argue or else more workload for you. Low benefits! No work life balance.
