Pros
An absolute ton of freedom. As long as your work is done in a reasonable amount of time there isn't anyone breathing down your neck. When you do need help with something, people/management are always helpful and quick to respond Always remote. Travelling while working is looked upon favorably. Payment is always smooth and straightforward. Never had issues with getting paid. Good opportunity to learn about SEO. There's probably tons more stuff but that's all I can think of now.
Cons
It's easy to fall through the cracks. Sometimes you'll find yourself with nothing to do and no one will check-in on you. So sometimes waiting around until there's something assigned to you can be annoying. You need to be self-motivated and a self-starter. If you're disorganized you'll likely slip up. But this is the nature of remote work and not necessarily something directly tied to SearchTides specifically.
