Management belong to telecommunication & they are doing cyber security which is worst part of company. SOC Management do not know resource satisfaction at work, they are only doing high end pressure without any understanding concern of resource. Majority of my colleague leave this company due to of not proper behavior of SOC Management. Always shouting on resource & do not have manners to talk with resources & HR always support to him to magic tricks. You never maintain work life & professional life. You must maintain professional life in this company. HR is very smart of this company. They can trap you in many ways, Policies are surprising introduce to resources, they are playing politics internally & they never responding to employees on time. Never get reference bonus money this is just formality. Salary date is not fixed at all. False verbally commitment from HR at the time of joining company. Worst policy example: After appraisal, if you resign company within 6 months than they will return appraisal amount with TAX. Basically, you must stay 9 months in this company after getting appraisal. This Christmas surprise will come when you left company.
