Pros
Onsite opportunity if you get into the right team. Job Security if you are comfortable with all the management fumbling. Best for middle managers who dont have big experiences or professional / academic background to boast about.
Cons
1> No industry Expert. Very Little PHDs 2> No worklife Balance 3> Incompetent Middle Managers. Higher Management get their fat pay by impressing Korean Managers by providing cheap workforce who can toil at their command. And they call them Customers. 4> Very little R& D work. 5> weekend work considered normal and not overtime. 6> Projects get created and dumped at clicks from Korea. you can suddenly hear about an interesting project and prepare yourself for it which can be scraped suddenly. etc etc
