The pay was excellent, considering the work wasn't rocket science. We all became like a family in our department. Also, health benefits were wonderful.

Work life balance was difficult because we had to work Saturdays often because our department had a large work load for being such a small department. I think that was resolved after I moved away.
Also, it was frowned upon that I upheld another very part time job for a friend at his office once every 2 weeks for half a day. I was pressured to quit that part time job or lose my job there.
