Pros
Generally, the staff is a great ;bunch to work with. The teamwork among staff can be great if they are managed properly and given opportunities to excel. The physical office environment is very pleasant to work in; the office location is very central and also near MRT station which makes it easier to travel to work.
Cons
The management team is not competent enough to lead the company into further success. They are also quite poor in people management resulting in high turnover and staff dissatisfaction and low morale. MIcro-management by the management is rampant and that leads to staff not willing to take initiative to improve the processes.
