-Easily accessible in Singapore's CBD
-Some people in SPRG genuinely want to put their best foot forward in every task they do
-Casual wear at work
Cons
-Leadership is the weakest I've ever experienced.
-Weak portfolio of clients (in SG).
-Strong favouritism culture: your value isn't based on the quality of your work, it's based on how well you get along with management and who you're seen with.
-Toxic work environment: blatant favouritism that makes you feel anxious about your place at work because of unequal opportunities and responsibilities that are set up to make you fail, more so if you're on the wrong side.
-Leadership can be problematic, egomaniac. There's no teamwork or willingness to learn from people from other expertise. Can be unprofessional at times.
-Felt unsafe as a young female. Had to navigate predatory behaviour at work. Often felt like the value I brought to work was based on how I look. There's usually an air of excitement and interest when there are new employees who are straight females, under 30.
-You may be bullied, undervalued, ostracised and isolated from everyone if you refuse to participate in rampant mind games.
-Spent more time navigating high-level mind games than doing actual work. Funnily enough, these games are orchestrated by same person in position of power.
-Unqualified people in power: the people in higher positions hired based on their relationship with management, not their experience or capability.
