4 yrs ago new mgmt was recruited to take over. They immediately started laying waste to the culture and its people. Yr 1 they fired all the ppl in senior mgmt with tons of experience and yrs with the company. Then, after that, they started making long serving employees re-apply for jobs that they had been doing well and replaced them with outsiders who had no knowledge of the school, its people, or its history. They've screwed over so many people, and destroyed some really lengthy and promising careers in the process. It's all a pretty obvious ploy to turnover as much of the workforce as possible bc new Admin has no competence and no charisma. They know they can't get ppl to follow them, so they just harass, bully, replace. And in addition, the new initiatives they've implemented have turned the school into a place of zero learning. These Admin are everything that is wrong with education, shouldn't be leading any org let alone an educational institution, and they should be replaced and kicked out of the industry permanently.
