      Pros

      Very little work/stress resulting in a great work/life balance. Clueless management means you can get away with doing bad work or no work and still have a job. Your job is safe as long as you keep your head down and mouth shut. 2 hour lunches and 1 hour coffee breaks!!!

      Cons

      You become dumber on the job. Your career will go backwards, unless you get a promotion by being friendly, overly confident, or "painting the town red". Major silo mentality, no visibility into other departments.

      Holidays and personal days before they changed the policy

      Cons

      Toxic environment Unreasonable, unsustainable workload Poor to no training Poor communication-senior leadership needs everything urgently due to poor planning. No thank you when you work after hours to meet their demands Expect you to work 10-12 hours work days and weekends.
