      Flexible hours, good environment, very young employee base, good for a summer job or part time for a student, good opportunities for growth of taken seriously

      Cons

      Lower pay, more menial labor (ensuring kids safety), hours on weekend can be tough as the park is open from 8am to 10-11 pm
