A Not For Profit environment

Sometimes its funding does not align with it's mission

The Community Foundation is a great organization. I’d recommend it for those with nonprofit or finance experience. Benefits are good and the organization has a 37.5 hour work week.

The organization is a tad overly hierarchical and some administrative jobs are dead weight, but some are able to make more of these positions. Management is somewhat out of sync with the rest of the organization and there is a club culture internally.
