Pros
Have very strong plans for the future, albeit bit late in terms of decision to bring in latest technology.
Cons
Frequent re-orgs are spelling dissatisfaction, unclear roles and responsibilities adding to the chaos. No genuine effort to develop and grown people from within who have been very loyal and have been putting good efforts.
