The company has just recently transitioned into the UK market, with the HQ being in France. The CEO is a nice man who spends a lot of time in the new UK office between Paris and other locations, to help with ramping up the new market. However the choice of management is dire. Obsessive, making SDRs work like robots and do nothing else but make 300+ calls a week. I have heard it’s recently been increased to 400 calls. The management of the SDR team has been allocated to a Head of Marketing with inadequate sales experience, the management techniques are nothing short of: micro-management, manipulation and threatening There is no coaching element from the management team What disappointed me the most about this company and the management team, was to hear them spreading lies about me and my character once I chose to leave the company. I knew that the place was unprofessional, but this conduct from senior members of the UK office was really the catalyst in marking their lack of professionalism and leadership skills. Since leaving the company in February 2023, 3 of my previous colleagues have left. If you want to grow your career as a salesperson, if you want to help a start up and contribute to key strategic development , this is not the company to join.
