Pros
Everyone is looking to get things done, and they pay quite well. You'll be working in a fast paced environment learning new things daily.
Cons
Quarterly KPIs need to be met or else you could get placed on a Performance Improvement Plan and then laid off. Management has no leadership training and are poor people managers. It is clear that Revolut has been a lot of people's first job in this company and you will encounter some folks with petulant, child like attitudes and lack of professionalism. This is pertinent in some levels of Senior Management as well as you will encounter some people that are very emotional and lash out at their employees.
