Pros

It is a great place to get experience in different industries as it varies. There is a lot of on the job training as the dynamics of the industries varies. It is now work from home evironment. They have done a lot to create careers for local hires.

Cons

It is Japanese owned so there are still a lot of expats who have the ultimate decision power. That being said its a good place to gain experience.

Cool business model Trying to be a progressive company Good reputation Upper management is professional and shows up at the public relations. Pretty stable

Cons

Some of the old employees hate the new system and management. I felt that there are fewer younger employees, which indicates turnover rate.
