RDI is a great company to work for. Everyone is extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Anytime I have a question someone is always available to help. RDI is a small company so I get to talk to the owner (Zohrab) and the CEO (Conall) every day! They are both very open to any suggestions on how to improve tasks and work very quickly to implement changes. Everyone works as a team to get tasks completed quickly. Work-Life balance with RDI is fantastic. I work from home and my manager is very accommodating with appointments, sick kids, etc. RDI is one of the best companies I have worked for. I can't wait to see what the RDI team will do in the future.

Despite the negative reviews here from employees in years past, RDI has actually put in the time and effort to revamp their business model, SOPs, work culture & project team. The project team members are all great to work with & the new addition of a lab director, product strategist, and Senior VP of Ops has really strengthened the leadership of the company and has placed responsibility in the hands of people who know what they are doing. The company is in a transition period, but the direction they are headed in is positive. Backed by investors and with new team members coming in soon who are ready to make a change, RDI is an intriguing place for opportunity and growth. Standardization of workplace practices has also been implemented.
