Internal Politics if you are a Non Maharashtrian you will not survive in that company more than 6 months If you are Maharashtrian but Not from their cast they will not make you survive No HR No Sales Capability Team will do nothing. Only DM is the King their who control whole region of Mumbai. Humiliation in front of whole team over morning call is very common if you raise your voice they will give you transfer and if you wish to resign they will not even give you notice period of 15 days they have the policy of 60 days of notice period but they won't give you even single day of notice period just because of DM
