Refloor is a large national flooring company with strong marketing, so field sales reps do get a lot of leads. However, the company operates with what they openly call “ABH – Always Be Hiring,” which reflects the extremely high turnover. The role felt like a revolving door with heavy corporate pressure on sales numbers.
Coming from years in the construction contracting world, i was shocked being forced to sign a non-compete agreement tied to the position that anyone considering the role should review carefully. Unfortunately, I was also left with wages that were never paid after my time there, which was very disappointing!
The company has strong brand recognition, but in my experience the focus was far more on constant hiring than on supporting or retaining employees.
