Pros
Fully remote, in fact they pride themselves on being "Remote First". In this day and age, that's great as that shows trust for your employees.
Chill atmosphere, no goofy office politics. Even though it's a fully remote role they try their best to have events where we can fly out and connect with each other (company paid).
Professional growth looks great, everyone is very helpful and wants to see you succeed.
Cons
If you don't like being fully remote, or being in the k-12 education space, this isn't the job\company for you.
