- Difficulty of daily jobs can be challenging depending on the work. The company may expect developer to develop fully-fetched feature, that may require developers to learn skills that one may not have yet. - Can be quite cold in winter, if planning to work on Champaign-Urbana (We do have office in San Francisco though). - The free coffee is not really good coffee
