Pros
Employee owned, great benefits, leader in Zero Waste industry. A passionate group who really strive to make a difference in the waste industry.
Cons
No room for promotions unless you are one of the over paid protected union employees.It's still a man's world at Recology. Little or ZERO recognition for career advancement if you are a white women. The only women that do hold note worthy positions which are more than less qualified for their roles are; minority, or same sex preference, or both.
