Not what it seems to be. Management is hypocritical and does not follow the “Christian” values they claim to uphold. - Residential Nurse Ranch Hope Employee Review

Pros

Patient population is endearing and needs to be advocated for

Cons

I was a nurse at Ranch Hope for approximately one year. I tried my best to endure the toxic work environment. As I loved working with this specific patient population. Management is unprofessional and unsupportive. They look down on the house parents and some of the therapists, who are the backbone of the facility. And in my opinion, the only ones who really care about the kids. It is a dysfunctional environment. Wait for mistakes to happen rather than being pro active. They cultivate a culture of fear and negativity. And they are not interested in making any changes or improvements. And actually seem to prefer it this way. Also don’t try turning to management or HR for help. They are just hypocrites who are not the Christian people they claim to be. Just the opposite actually. Pros Endearing patient population which makes job very rewarding Cons Favoritism, Cliquey, Nepotism, Lack of training and support
