      Experience in different units and specialties

      Cons

      Continuously cutting pay and hours. After being there for years, the past few months they keep cutting the pay rate and benefits and being called off, or put "on call" 2-3 days a week. Everyone is leaving to find jobs with better pay and enough hours to live on.
