      My direct supervisors and colleagues were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very collaborative team environment.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is all over the place, I was hired a few years ago and the company was already up for sale. Instead of promoting and encouraging internal growth, the company spends money on acquisition of other companies, advertising of AI, and other useless investments. They’re currently working on offshoring initiatives to replace most staff with AI and outsource the rest to India.

      Decent paying side job, flexible hours

      Absolute nightmare to get paid. You WILL have to complain in order to get paid, and you will most likely have to complain more than once in order to get the answer you need. I still haven't been paid for work done months ago! Everyone that reads this with a similar issue needs to do what I did and bring it to the attention of the state labor boards.
