Pros
Lot of talented and hardworking engineers Great as a first job experience in corporate environment Some great teams with friendly/family atmosphere Good place to toughen up and improve your soft/business skills
Cons
Not much career growth possibilities, minimal support from clueless managers. Lot of them should not really be managers as they lack any leading or supporting skills. They have hard time differentiating between person doing nothing and hard worker, so you are better doing small amount work as possible. Short-term profit is company motto. You are worthless slave on assembly line. Frustrated and overworked co-workers are not a rare thing.
