Pros
There are no pros. This company is hemorrhaging money. Management has to cover their own backs to keep their jobs. In the last year they've lost a VP and 2 high level directors. The failing nature of the company causes the problems to trickle down through management to the employees. Everyone feels the pressure, and they straight up lie to you about commission. IF you get any at all, the percentage is not even worth it. The top performers would be money ahead if they just agreed to a free lunch once a week.
Cons
The Cons are: RWI. This is a sinking ship and the rats are struggling not to drown. Anyone with authority is actively seeking who to blame. As a result they also micromanage to the point that everything about this job is incredibly miserable. Even going home is terrible because there is tremendous pressure to choose to stay extra time. Also, this is a salaried position. There will never be overtime.
