Pros

The firm has a good reputation as an outsider of the "Big 4". Its clients are diverse which can allow for great experience across industries. Senior leadership promotes continuing education and an entrepreneurial attitude.

Cons

High turnover in some business groups can slow down growth and consistency with clients. Often times new associates are brought onto projects without formal training in the firm's best practices and methodology.

Pros

If you are in the right team, with good seniors and good managers you will have a good time with the work. Hybrid was a very nice touch, they were pretty good about allowing you your two days at home if you wanted them. Benefits were decent

Cons

Very, very team dependent. A ton of seniors seriously don't want to teach at all. I remember coming up, and even after I was a senior, listening to people complain so much that they got a first year, and they did not want to teach them or didn't have time to. Its a huge popularity contest on if you get good jobs or not. Partners will make you work the most crap jobs and keep all the good jobs for their favorites. They use and abuse people so often. Got laid off 1 day after the busy season.
