The work life balance is well.

Management is terrible. Training is beyond subpar. No room to allow you to succeed. Will become toxic very fast. Misleading job descriptions. High turnover in certain departments for a reason.

Good benefits, hybrid work, good training

Doesn't reward hardworking employees, legal manager is a bully, will send you to the furthest courts even if you ask them not to, will give you work beyond your job description and no raise
