      Pros

      Trying to get with technologies. This is nobble effort however there should be more professional approach and less talking around.

      Cons

      Nobble effort has to have management support. Management take long time, try to save money and indeed spend them with no good reason.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
