9yWe’d like to start off by saying thank you for your feedback. Our goal is to ensure our team is growing their careers at Questrade over the long haul. Our employees are our top priority, which is why we’re always looking at new ways to improve retention levels. Staff appreciation events and professional development budget are a start, but we’d love further ideas if you’ve got any.
