- Lack of structure and leadership so no personal development and why the company continues to churn in terms of staff and have completely different employees in cycles. Very inefficient when you have to re-train new people because you can't retain your staff.
- It's the CEO's way or the highway.
- There really is no culture, which is sad because there's some great people if you ever get the chance to get to know them. It's already a boring, straightforward industry so this really needs to be improved to keep people motivated.
