Pros

- More transparent culture than many other services company - Easier to get visibility for your work - A good introduction and knowledge on Agile and Scrum - Approachable MD and leadership - Not much workplace politics compared to many other companies - Salary on time - Consistent hikes each year if you perform - Vibrant and colorful company activities

Cons

- Average projects without much technical complexity and challenges. This is just another IT services company , don't be fooled by the marketing gimmicks. Moreover, by working here your "brand value" is not going to increase by much. - Not much space for intellectual enhancement and engagement; most hires are within 4-5 years of work experience with average knowledge and work experience. Don't expect much in terms of challenging work once you join here. They will promise you the moon, but you will not be satisfied with the nature of work. - No work from home facility -Too much control on everything , including dress and shoe codes - Very amateurish leadership including the topmost level - Clueless executive leadership who constantly tries and copies other companies without any originality -A strong culture on "Yes" ; Yes men are recognized and rewarded. There is no questioning or challenging the top leadership. Both the CEO and MD have very little work experience outside of Prowareness , because of which their outlook is very narrow and limited. Unless they change their management style the company will go to doldrums pretty soon, considering the pace at which expansion is happening. -Do not join if you want a work environment based on "questioning culture" and colleagues who are equally smart and work in challenging technical projects. -Join if you want to learn scrum and have less than 5 years of work experience and jazzy designation makes you feel good. Every 2nd person is an Architect here. The word architect is literally abused here. Just to attract talent they will offer designations like candies. - No long term on site opportunities - Most clients are small to medium sized business in Netherlands -They employ a very common psychological tactic in which they will ask employees' opinion on everything but then take action on nothing. This creates a fake feeling of being heard. -The quality of the agile coaches in India is pretty average. The real reason why most of them turned to coaches is to avoid any accountability. So don't expect experience based coaching tips from them; most of their advises will not work in real scenarios.

Pros

Company empowers employees to learn and embrace excellent engineering practices. Gives immense opportunities to grow technically - provided you have guts to take challenges and have attitude to improve. Very good and flat salary structure. Very young and dynamic staff with very friendly and helping nature. Continuous learning with variety of ways like tech talks, meetups (.NET, Architecture and Scrum Bangalore). Free hands to work on technology and allow to fail but learn from failure and act. Excellent Support from management CDMs , MD and Coaches. Good onsite opportunities but for short-time period. Make you feel as family member of the organization. Excellent company culture of transparency, accountability, quality and passion. Excellent in their Scrum practices. Very very employee caring company for right (culturally fit) candidates as they live their culture.

Cons

Little too assertive on their company culture. Over respectful on their office timings (In old premises but not sure of new one) Sometime takes decisions which hurt people but I respect those decisions because that comes to reality after giving all the possible help and options from management.

Pros

1. Better pay than other service companies. 2. Direct communication with customers, most of them are Dutch. 3. Frequent but short visit to Netherlands for some teams. The lucky ones who have rich customers. 4. Food coupons 5. Fruits 6. Fuel and data reimbursement 7. Based on your performance you can get substantial yearly hikes 8. No bell curve fitting during appraisal 9. Dedicated team to advise you on improving team performance

Cons

1. Quality of hires is not up to the mark. 2. Because there are no managers, some people get away with repeated indiscipline. No one keeps a tab of if the employees are disciplined. In the same team some people work hard to meet client expectations and some underperform deliberately. 3. You only belong to the team, no credibility across the company. 4. Not enough complex project to keep people beyond 5 years of experience interested. 5. Most of the projects are simple web apps. 6. Small size customers 7. Tries to preach about XP practice. But most people do not follow. 8. There is induction session on coding best practice but hardly anyone follow it in their projects.
