Pros
Nice coworkers. Great package - 30 days PTO, another day for 8th of March (applies to men as well), 8 hours for Birthday. Easy going place. Everyone is friendly. Office is great. Hybrid, although depending on the project you can get a full remote job which is great.
Cons
Vague evaluations, leading to uncertainty on how to get promoted and what is most important.
