Management team is supportive and is being led in the right direction, with a direction that focuses on the clients. The growth in the clients are very evident and the atmosphere is positive. We are finally working as a team at the Lemars RCF. The atmosphere is fun and we help each other out from the top down.

Would like more responsibility and cheaper benefits

I love my job as it is rewarding and you get attached quickly to your consumers even though we are told not to. It’s kind of hard not to when you provide care for them. Easy job but can be demanding at times.

All of the different “jobs” you have at a site doesn’t get compensated. They assist in paying for your further education but does not pay to want to keep you.
