You'll work four 10hr days, so you'll always have a three day weekend.

Managers are hard to get a hold of when you need help. They claim instructions are in the OneNote document, but they don't keep it up-to-date. You're judged on your performance, but not all jobs take the same length of time, so your performance output looks bad and you can't get a promotion/wage increase. If you complain about how something isn't working or is redundant, you become ostracized. A lot of micro-management and "island" mentality. Lots of overturn with employees, which fluctuates the knowledge-base at the company. Employees are told one thing during their interview and another after they're hired on.
